Introduction...

I started my fitness journey on February 26th this year. I was four pounds away from hitting 200. I was eighteen years old. This came as a big wake up call for me, and I have since changed my whole outlook on fitness.
I was a huge caffeine addict, averaging about SIX cans of mountain dew PER DAY. Most of the time it was more. On February 26th, I dropped it cold turkey and thus began the weight loss journey that is still in progress today. My last weigh in was at 160.2 pounds, making my current total nearly 34 POUNDS!
This is the first thing I have really done for myself that I have been so passionate about. I feel great, and I know it can only get better.
My ultimate goal would be to maintain a weight of about 140-145. I am getting closer everyday. Hopefully with the amazing help of MyFitnessPal, I will be able to achieve this goal.

Thanks for reading!
