STUCK!!!!!!!!!

This is probably going to sound like a rant, but here goes: I've been stuck at the same weight for 2 or 3 weeks- just struggling to loose ounces, when the first 15 lbs. came off so easily. I know, I'm not as strict as I was when I first started out, but I'm more active than I was and am under my calorie goal just about every day. Why is the weight not coming off. In the past, the same thing has happened, and it's caused my motivation to plummet. This time, I'm eating well, exercising and ATTEMPTING to lose weight for my health, and not simply my appearance, so I'm still OK..just wondering, what it is exactly that I need to do to actually take off the weight??????????

Some times you'll stall out. If you're positive you are doing everything right it may be time to re-evaluate your caloric intake, this usually only happens when you get to a low body fat % though, I'm not sure where you are at with that so it may be a possibility.
Just wait it out and it should continue to drop assuming you are doing everything right.0 -
Patience. Sometimes the scale will be awfully stubborn. A better indicator is how your clothes are fitting. You might notice them getting loose, even if the scale isn't budging. Try taking some measurements and keep doing what you're doing. It'll come off.
Some personal history from me - When I was losing, there could be 3 or 4 weeks where the scale wasn't moving AT ALL, and I know it's frustrating - but I kept doing what I was doing, then suddenly, I'd drop 5 or 6 pounds at once. There's a link on here about whooshes and squishy fat... I'll go looking and see if I can find it.
Don't let the scale discourage you. The weight WILL come off if you're being honest in your journal (recording EVERY bite). Keep swimming, honey. :flowerforyou:0 -
Try reading this, and see if it makes you feel a little better.

Don't feel bad I have been the same weight up and down five pounds on and off since May but I know I haven't been eating right like I was in the beginning. I still exercise and make better choices so i feel it's better to not have gained any of the weight back then to quit. Keep going and I am sure you will see drop in a little while. Remember slow and steady wins the race.0
