Training/Support after Pregnancy & Cesarean

Hello everybody out there. I am a determined woman with *some* know-how on fitness gathered over the years and frankly, I'm sending up a flare for support. I've had a CC over seven months ago and want to get into the best physical shape of my life, for life. I know it is difficult to lose that "baby-bump" or "shelf" (whatever you want to call it) especially around the incision area but I believe it can be done.
I am looking for support specifically from women who gained weight while pregnant, have lost their pregnancy weight, toned their bodies and lost the "shelf" on their belly after cesarean. I know I'm probably asking to find a mythical dragon according to some people but it helps to talk to someone whose been there. Heck, I'm open to talking with positive women who are undergoing the journey as well. After losing internet for a bit last week, I'd also like to trade phone numbers eventually, to contact said support while away from my computer.

I've had 3 C-Sections after 3 large babies. My stomach is in pretty bad shape as a result. I'm trying to lose the belly fat, and the bump over the incision sites, but I have serious doubts I'll be able to do so without surgery.
