weight loss mini goals

I was wondering how eveyone sets their weight loss mini goals? I want to challenge myself but I don't want my goals to be so hard I can reach them. I have a total or 87 lbs left to lose. For example is 30 lbs by may anniversay June 7th reasonable..too easy...too hard?

Do your reward yourself when you reach mini goals?

    That is absolutely obtainable. 1-2 lbs/wk is the safest way to lose weight. Personally I did not set mini goals but that is only because I did/do not have much to lose. A lot of peole do set them though and I think it is a wonderful idea! Good luck!

    i'm trying to lose 1 pound a week. I just exercising on New Year's day. My big goal is to lose aleast 20 pounds.
