Where do I start!

In loosing weight i'm so clueless.. Ive gained 15 lbs over the past year because of school and I stopped working out on a regular basis. I never was the one to count calories because its so confusing and I get lost. I don't even know how to! I want to be loose a little lbs and be tone but it seems like I cant. I worked out for one month straight but still no lbs shed. Seems like the only way to loose lbs is by not eating! I need help :( I'm very scared of gaining excessive lbs and becoming fat.

    Your diet is the most important part of losing weight. For example you can run at 4.5mph on a treadmill for 30 mins and only burn 350 calories, a doughnut is around 300 calories. See how fast 30 minutes or hard work can go away? Just add your food on this site and try to keep within your limits while working out.
