Exercise when Ill

Going to the gym at lunch time today and I woke up this morning feeling really run down with a cold, sore throat etc.
I don't want to skip my workout but what should I do? I normally do interval training/HIIT then strength training then more intervals - am I okay to stick with that or should I do something different?

Sorry you're feeling so ill, I'd say just listen to your body really. I know when I have a cold I need a long hot bath and extra hours in bed.
However, I was pretty unwell with sniffles, aches and pains a few weeks back but I kept working out through it. No HIIT and I skipped swimming. Instead I just did low impact cardio and yoga.0
