Hello all!
I'm writing up my shopping list for next week and am getting sooo bored of eating the same things all the time... I need some inspiration...
What are the staples that you have in all the time?
I need snack ideas as that's where I always fail, something other than fruit but not too many calories/fat.
And what are your favourite meals?
Inspire me, people!
Thanks in advance, and happy Friday! :-)
EDIT: Apologies for the awful typos in the subject line!!!

Ok my diet is probably pretty boring but here's some of the meals I made this week:
Spaghetti with ground turkey + italian spices and zucchini spiral noodles
Chicken taco soup (shredded cooked chicken, 1 can black beans, 1 can kidney beans, 1 can chilli beans in sauce, 1 can corn, 2 packets taco seasoning cooked in crock pot for 4hrs. I split this into 12 servings and had for lunch most days this week)
The other staples I'm eating are hard boiled eggs (scrambled eggs sometimes)
Berries (Raspberries usually because of the fiber)
Nuts (Pecans today)
I eat lots of spinach (not everyone's thing I know)
Someone on my friends list posted about some "egg muffin cups" she created this week that sound super yummy. Here's a link to a similar idea. I think she used some spicy ground beef in hers but you could use Canadian bacon/turkey sausage or whatever foods to make them tasty. I'm thinking of making mine with spinach.
Hers were similar to this recipe only she used egg whites and not the whole egg (makes it about 120 cal each)
