Time to start - MISSION POSSIBLE

Newbie here, but not new to loosing weight. After going through some tough times because mainly of an accident I have gained weight and dont really like looking in the mirror anymore. So I have joined the site to help me get some of it off. I think counting
calories is best for me at this stage. I am a senior so anyone out there with a similar background and wants to do calorie counting , please ask for friending. Good Luck to you all
