A new start

Hi,
I am a 35 year old mother of 3. After each of my children was born I put on more weight. Slowly I noticed that more and more weight was creeping on. 2 years ago, I started walking and eating better and lost 24kg in 12 months. Then I started to get blase about it all and let it all go again. Now all the weight I lost has come back and I am noticing that my back is sore when I get up in the morning and my knee has been hurting. Definately time to get back into this health and fitness stuff. So here I am. I am walking 30 mins every day and watching what I eat and I also have an exercise bike and cardio twister for that "extra" boost to my workouts. Time for me to be a healthier mum and set a good example for my children, especially my daughters!
