Hello, I have a very large selection of workout DVDs and programs, but I get bored if I do the same thing daily. Does anybody have any suggestions for creating my own plan using all of what I have available? How many cardio, strength, interval workouts should I do each week?

I have:

Focus T25
Chalean extreme
Turbo fire
Turbo jam
Insanity
Les mills combat
Piyo
Jillian michaels body revolution
Rushfit
Ufc fit
And tons of other DVDs ranging from walking, dancing, to super intense

What I would do is incorporate strength, some lighter cardio, HIIT workouts, and some flexibility work. A good way to organize this would be to take the Chalean extreme schedule as a base. Keep the resistance days as they are so you're working different parts of your body. If you want to sub out one of those for a comparable workout from another program that's great (for example sub in a PiYo leg workout for a lower body workout from CLX). On the cardio days, mix in your favorite cardio/plyometric routines from your different programs like Insanity, T25, Les Mills Combat, Turbo Fire, etc (not familiar with the other programs you listed so that's why I didn't include them on the list). That should work pretty well to keep things from getting board.

If you have questions, just let me know.
