It's been a week

Hi everybody.

I joined MFP a week ago and I'm loving it. I've never kept track of my calories before and it's really enlightening.
Currently I weigh about 135. I'm not looking to lose that much weight, but I would like to switch some fat for muscle on my frame.

    Start your strength training, that will get you the muscle as well as help you burn off the fat. You may stay same weight but you will lose in clothing sizes. I don't know how tall you are but 135 seems like a good weight, just start hitting the weights for muscle.
