Hi all! I've been logging through myfitnesspal on my phone and thought I'd check out the website. I'm not new to trying to loose weight, it's been a lifelong battle for me! It's great to have this resourse to help kickstart my weightloss efforts. My goal is to loose 10 pounds. I need to loose much more weight but a 10 pound weight loss seems like an easy (when I say easy, I mean reasonable) goal to set. I am following the plan to loose two pounds a week so I hope to reach my goal in five weeks. I turn twenty-ten (don't make me say it!) this year and I have to loose this weight. :glasses:
