How much weight can I expect to gain from a day long binge

I'm guessing I ate around 3500+ calories today. I'm extremely bloated and don't feel good physically or emotionally. I binged because I got fed up of my family telling me I need to gain a little weight and I thought I might as well considering my health was also impacted by too much weight loss . I eat at maintenance otherwise (which is 1600 for me). How much weight should I expect to gain the by tomorrow?

You'll probably be up a few lbs in water weight, so don't let that stress you. In terms of actual fat gain, probably less than half a lb.

You should be back to normal in a day or two, drink lots of water

Instead of worrying about that, get on the phone and make a drs appointment asap if the weight loss has had you feeling unwell and negatively impacted your health.

PLEASE don't worry about one day of eating more than usual. It sounds like your family cares about you and is worried. Don't blame them for your choices or stressors. You may have an eating disorder and need some outside help. If some people are telling you they are worried about you, you should take this seriously. I hope you get advice from someone with a medical degree that can help you sort through your feelings and thoughts.

It'll probably go up a few pounds due to water from the sodium.

If you haven't pooped or are about to get your period, maybe more.

But within a week, you'll be back where you were.

If your weight loss is impacting your health, call the doctor. Go in and get seen. Don't screw around with your health.
