Swell loss water

We are getting bombarded by radio ads for some junk called "Swell" weight loss water. I just LOVE the ad they are running....Wanna lose "more" weight....drink more water. Wanna lose less weight (because your loss is too dramatic...uh huh)....drink less. No diet, no exercise, just drink the pounds away. Ya right.

This is just criminal as you are going to have thousands of desperate people throwing money at this company and they are going to rake it in for 3-4 months and then quietly disappear.

There should be some recourse against these people. I am not a fan of government intervention but considering that the radio stations take their money to advertise is slimy and shows no one cares about bald faced scamming and seems like FDA should be allowed to step in on these.
