:smile: Hello, I'm new to this site, it's my first day using it or ever hearing about it. I've been working with a personal trainer since late Oct 2010 but only with him. He and I worked together last summer in a gym and I had really good results, but once my $$ and sessions ran out to afford the gym I stopped and gained 20lbs back.
I've been using a different site on and off and found it difficult to use, sometimes the food you wanted to find wasn't on it and it wasn't as nice to look it. So when my mother's friend started using this site and told me about it I said "why not".
So far, on day 1 I really like it. My goal is to lose a large amount of weight, in the long run but right now with the healthy history of my family I need to live a healthy happy lifestyle. My one big goal for 2011 is to particapte in the 2011 Turkey Troy here in Buffalo, NY!
