    I'm totally a green tea drinker and i've been looking for cayenne pepper forever..why i can't find it i don't know!!! I'm gonna check at another grocery store cuz the last two didn't have it.

    To lastchance2010 -- cayenne is usually labeled as "ground red pepper" with "cayenne" in tiny letters underneath it. Hope that helps!

    I buy most of my herbs and spices from ebay, with the amount I use it would be waaaaaaay too expensive to buy the little jars. so give ebay a try.

    Not really believing the theory behind cayenne boosting metabolic rate tho, I've had 400g of the stuff in the past year and my metabolic rate is in the gutter. Maybe i'm just so used to it that it doesn't work on me. Not used it to boost my metabolic rate, just love the stuff with most savoury foods and i make a lovely herbal tea with a good pinch in it, better than any shop bought cold remedy.

    LOL! at last chance, One thing that help me stay consistent with this is the fact that I buy the caffeniated green tea, but I get the plus of the antioxidants and none of the coffee crash or fiend
