It has been found that certain chemical compounds in some foods and beverages are able to stimulate your metabolism causing you to burn more body fat than usual. In my blog, Follow the link below, you will see there a few easy things you can add to your diet to help burn off those extra calories that can slowly add up over the weeks.
A good way to take cayenne pepper is to put a small amount into a glass of green tea. This drink is considered one of the best natural fat burners and it has also been known to significantly reduce appetite in some dieters. FOR THE FULL DETAILS, CLICK THE LINK BELOW

To lastchance2010 -- cayenne is usually labeled as "ground red pepper" with "cayenne" in tiny letters underneath it. Hope that helps!0

I buy most of my herbs and spices from ebay, with the amount I use it would be waaaaaaay too expensive to buy the little jars. so give ebay a try.
Not really believing the theory behind cayenne boosting metabolic rate tho, I've had 400g of the stuff in the past year and my metabolic rate is in the gutter. Maybe i'm just so used to it that it doesn't work on me. Not used it to boost my metabolic rate, just love the stuff with most savoury foods and i make a lovely herbal tea with a good pinch in it, better than any shop bought cold remedy.0 -
