hey guys,
im 24 years old and 51.8kgs. last week I started using my fitness pal and eating around 2588 calories per day and have gained a kilo this week . but today I calculated my BMR and TDEE and was given 2069 calories to bulk P114 F51 C284.
So now I am wondering which one to stick to?? Any advice from experts or other women who have been on my journey would be appreciated
thanks guys!

Are you looking to gain muscle or are you underweight and need to gain fat? What's your exercise plan like?
Under the best circumstances, a women can gain 0.5kg of lean muscle per month, basically any other weight gained will be fat/water retention! This number could be a bit higher if you're new to lifting (newbie gains). If your looking to bulk, you will gain fat, it's inevitable. But you have to adjust your calories so as to maximise muscle gain and minimise fat gain.
Good luck on your journey0
