:blushing: Hi I am new here and started my diet yesterday! I am so ecited to have back my confidence, self steem and love myself wearing anything I want to! My goal is to wear my bikini when I go to Brazil next year! I also want to do things that now I hate doing such as buying new clothes (mine are old and the nice ones doesn't fit me anymore....) They will soon not only fit me, but I will need smaller sizes!
I wish you all a great year and success in life!

Well welcome to MFP! It's such a helpful site. I was so excited to try on old clothes again when I had lost 20 lbs. They all fit! It was amazing! Such a boost of confidence.

I'm not really sure where you can weigh yourself, but if you don't get an answer on this post soon, I would post another topic that is title "Where to weigh?" or something like that. More people are likely to read and respond then.

Good luck with starting your journey :)
  • Thank you dear!
I will have to buy one. Thing is they always scared me. I has been more than 5 years that I don't check my weight and when I used to go to doctors I asked to never tell me.
I do need to keep track though.
Great to have you as friend!
    Have a great day
