I'm just a newbie, hoping to lose 2 and a half stone by July :) is this realistic, do you think? (I do 30mins cardio a day, usually elliptical or treadmill, 7 days a week & I'm aiming to loose 2 pounds a week. Daily calorie allowance = 1,550 cals)

Can't wait to chat to you all & see how you're all getting on!

    2 pounds per week is completely realistic, but remember when you start to lose weight you will have to work all that much harder, progressively working out harder as you lose, to continue to lose 2 pounds per week.
