My name's Casey && I just wanted to introduce myself and get the hang of this website.
I'm new to this website...&& dieting all together basically. All through high school I was pretty active but after two knee surgeries before I was 20 I've found it harder to get back in the gym to loose the 30 something pounds I gained over the past few years.
Like I said I've never been a dieter so I'm hoping tracking what I eat will help me get on the right track. Hopefully by June/July I will be to my first goal weight of about 130-135. I ate my normal amount of food without thinking about the calories or anything to see what my normal calorie intake was and a visual reminder of what I need to adjust.
I'm looking foward to starting my weight loss and being at healthier weight and feeling better about myself before my trip to Europe this summer!

Hiiii! It's my first day too! People here are warm and welcoming and it's an exciting journey we are all on. Remember, together we can take over the world...er...I mean...lose weight ^.^
