What is the longest time that you went without working out

I usually work out at the gym 5-6 days a week. However, this week I only went to the gym 2 times but I subsituted the gym workouts with walking far distances. I don't think walking is a strenuous as the gym workouts that I usually do but I have been so busy this week that going to the gym was the last thing on my mind. How long is too long to stay out of the gym? Am I going to undo the hard work that I did? Or am I worrying about nothing?

just get back to it. i think it's useless to try to over-analyze "how often"
when i was sick with asthma this past summer, sometimes i would go to the gym to walk on the treadmill at 2.5 speed just to keep up with the routine of going, even though i couldn't full-force work-out. some days, i had to skip if i was too sick, though. i just went back when i felt up to it and now i'm back to my old routine.0 -
Missing 2 days is nothing to lose sleep over. Your fitness level shouldn't drop off in that short of a time frame. Your good. Get back on track next week and move on.0
