    Eat more.

    You're my new favorite.

    OP
You mean 3 Whole Days!? It's a marathon, not a sprint. Eat a reasonable amount (more than your been eating) and be patient.

    Eat more.

    Its really not.

I dont know of any effective weight loss diets out there where you shoot up 5lbs one week and then shoot down 10lbs the next.

Any variance would be due to bodily fluctuations such as current water levels, time of day, internal temperatures, etc.

    Wrong.

The dr who poster is correct.

    Do you even read?

    Do you?

Weigh fluctiates. Why is the reasons you stated but there is not diet that guarantees a liner progression towards your goal weight. Weight loss does indeed look like the dr who meme, weight can jump up by 5lbs due to water weight, how much you have eaten, time of day you weigh in and yes that can fluctuate by a large amount.

You claim you don't know any effective weight loss diets that cause fluctuation. Please enlighten us to these magical diets.

Your weight allways fluctuates. A diet doesnt make it fluctuate anymore that it already would, in fact it would be typically less from less actual food, glycogen, hydration, etc. So in a sense a diet is somewhat linear.

I never read op's post though for some reason I thought she said she gained weight
