Best Meal for Carb Loading?

I'm currently training for a half marathon at the end of October. I'm also actively losing weight, but I might pause this during my taper towards my race (last 2 weeks). Tomorrow is my long run of the week--what I should eat for dinner tonight to help power me through 13 miles tomorrow?
This is not my first long run--I've been doing 10+ miles every Sunday for the past 6 weeks or so. This week is a little different because real life got in the way and I had to use my rest days earlier in the week (I normally rest on Saturdays before my long runs). I ran 4 miles this morning and my legs felt a little heavy...
The boys in my house are having 5 oz filets and Caesar salad. I'll probably have the steak and a salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, and vinaigrette. What should I add to my meal to carb it up a bit? I've allocated ~600 calories for my dinner.
