New and ready for a change!

Hi Everyone!

I've only been on the site for one day, but I can already see this is going to be a great place for me to be. My goal is mainly to improve my diet...I tend to indulge on sugary junk foods that do absolutely nothing for me. I've had the habit for years, but it seems to be worse lately (I've been on a downward spiral since Halloween candy showed up in the office early October). I'm finally ready to kick this habit; I don't need any extra "baggage" (fat) resulting from this habit and my teeth are also suffering. I hope to get a lot of encouragement from this community to help me accomplish my goal and hope I can provide the same. Feel free to add me!
