quick question re TDEE

If I go by TDEE method this is my exercise calories too right??
so i dont eat anything back just stick to the calories because exercise cals are already included?
Iv read loads on here about it but just want to check iv got the right end of the stick and dont over/under eat

If you included your exercise in your activity modifier when figuring your TDEE (and you should have) then you're correct. You do not eat back any exercise calories with this method.0

If you do TDEE you include your average exercise in the calculation. Then you will not log and eat back exercise cals.
However, you can use websites like exrx.net and health-calc.com to calculate your estimated net needs and then eat back exercise calories. This is what I do now and I prefer it to the TDEE method because it allows me to be more flexible wtih exercise. So I calculate my daily non-exercise activity, then I log and eat back all exercise cals. I don't do much cardio though so I don't know how accurate the cardio stuff is, if I use a machine I use its info if it differs from MFP's.0
