If jogging stairs burns 667 calories, can I walk them and count it for 1/2 that?

I don't think it works that way. BUT if walking them is what you can do at this point. DO IT! It's better than not doing it. For sure!0

fat burn ratio is dependent on heart rate... try carrying weights or even swinging your arms heavily while walking the stairs... you won't get the same result of burn but it won't be as little...0

Also, I agree with the others. I didn't mean to sound flippant
And I really really really suggest saving up for a Polar heart rate monitor. That's the most accurate way to calculate calories
