Flex linked to MFP ??????

Does anyone know of the link for your flex to sync to MFP? I see them for the One but not the Flex.
Will it interfere with the iphone steps as well. I know I don't want it to calculate twice but wondering which one should I use. The flex is ALWAYS lower than the iphone in numbers.
