cal restriction for 6 month

and I am having trouble with last 10 lbs of belly fat. I have lower libido, and testosterone, probable reasons for no muscle or strength gains.

Set to lose .5 lbs a week 1750 calories.
Jog 35 min a day
Weights 4 days a week.

What am I doing wrong or missing?

    What's your fat intake like? If it's decreased, it could result in the lower libido and weakness.

    If I hit a plateau, rearranging my macro's or simply 're-feeding' usually gets me out of it.

    You should try eating more. 1750 is really low for a guy, especially if you've gotten fairly fit. When you're body fat starts to get lower, you need to give your body more energy (food). I hit a plateau when I got close to my goal weight and broke it by increasing my calories and carbs. I'd try to bump up to 2000 cal/day for a week or 2 and see how your body reacts.

    Well you're not logging your food accurately. So start there without doing that you haven't a clue how much you're eating as you're just guessing.
