if my body burns 1765 calories a day and burn 500 calories a day, do i add that 500 calories to my bmr to find out how many total calories my body burns per day. I walk an hour a day to burn calories.

My body burns 1765 calories at rest. During the day I burn 500 calories by walking. Would I add the calories I burned off from walking to the calories my body burns at rest (metabolism).0

You can. You'll lose weight faster if you don't, but it may be unpleasant. Most people eat about half of the calories back from what I've seen.0
