Has anyone any experience with Garcinia Cambogia?

I have ordered some because of what I saw on the internet and Dr. Oz. I am watching calories and have joined a gym but thought this may give a little boost. Has anyone tried it? How did it work out? Is this stuff real or just another one of those things people hoping for a miracle buy? Any feedback is appreciated.

    I tried it and after some severe cramps, I pooped a toilet full. I thought if this is going to be the way it happens, I can't handle it. But I have IBS and diverticulitis, so I might get belly aches where others wouldn't.
