Cooking with my toddlers

Just trying to get some fun, healthy food ideas to make with my almost 2 year old twins.
They love to snack instead of eat nice meals, so if I can find something that's healthy and fun for them, I'm thinking it may be easier to get them to eat better.
Anywhoo...any ideas?

I'm with you sister. I'd love for my toddler to eat better. The only way that I manage to get her to eat anything remotely good for her is mention that it's grandma's favorite (her fav pal) or when she's watching her fav show Cailou - i mention that he's eating something she'd love - then I name it after Cailou (ie: peanut butter and jelly sandwich = cailou sandwich ) she loves that! Ultimately, I am happy she's eating and healthy - even if it isn't the best and full of veggies. If she eats a grilled cheese 2 days a week - I figure she's getting her calcium (kinda kidding!)0
