Variance of macros / calories from raw to cooked
Example - a salad made of 100 gr of tomatoes, 25 gr of onions and 10 gr of olive oil = X gr P, Y gr C, Z gr F = Q calories.
Will P, C, F and Q remain the same if I cook them?
Ei : single entry on MFP as a salad and / or add them up in a recipe - nutritional values will remain the same but will it differentiate in reality?
