My favorite pork one is similar to hers...I add garlic and onion and just a 1/2 cup water - after the pork gets tender I add a can of diced green chilis or a small can of salsa verde :-) and let it cook some more. I serve it as a stew with a tablespoon of shredded cheddar on the top - it's delicious Chili Verde - a simple corn tortilla is great if you can afford the calories that day! Otherwise.. I agree - a small salad is great.0

throw in plain ravioli...add as many as you can caloricly afford for the day/ meal and add a can of tomato sauce and tomatoes diced..very low cal...incredibly filling and delicious! Olive Garden will do this for you as well...cals used 330!
NOTE..I am only watching cals...not carbs etc.....0
