Ok I don't want to sound like an infomercial or anything but I do want to share my weight loss success and hopefully help others along the way.
My meal plan was simple, pick one food from each group and enjoy. At first it seemed like it would be hard or boring but after committing myself to the change and giving the program a chance I started to see great results.
Group I:
Fibrous Carbs
Apples
Asparagus
Bananas
Blueberries
Broccoli
Brussel Sprouts
Cantaloups
Carrots
Cauliflower
Collard Greens
Cucumber
Grapes
Green Beans
Lettuce
Mushrooms
Nectarines
Oranges
Peas
Peaches
Pears
Peppers
Plums
Raspberries
Salads
Tomatoes
Squash
Spinach
Unsweet Applesauce
Zucchini
Group II:
Complex Carbs
Beans
Brown Rice
Legumes
Lentils
Oatmeals
Sweet Potatoes
100 % Whole Grain Cereal
100% Whole Grain Pasta
100% Whole Grain Bread
Group III
Lean Proteins
Chicken/Turkey Breast
Egg/Egg Whites
Fish
Lean Read Meat
Lf/Non Fat Dairy Products
Group IV:
Fish Oil
Flaxseed Oil
Natural PB
Nuts/Seeds
Olives
Olive Oil
Lf Salad Dressing
As far as exercise goes its been mainly cardio and Kettlebells,
Hope this helps if you need ideas on how to structure your diet.!

Thanks for sharing. I am thinking about giving this a go, did you eat three meals a day choosing one food from each group per meal or stick to three different foods per day?
Thanks0 -
Today is my second day and I was poking around and found this. WOW- thanks! Sounds easiest enough to stick to.0

Glad it helps
As far as structuring meals I normally eat 3 meals a day, picking one from each group for the meal and if I really need I choose protein and a fruit for a snack.
Kettlebell I use the Danskin Kettlebell workout with a 10lb. Kettlebell or the Firm: TransFIRMation workout.0
