Fall/winter is the best time to lose weight and I'm excited

My plan is to just try to maintain through the holiday season, which boils down to about 2-3 weeks of people bringing in food at work, a few parties, family dinners, etc. But it is easy for me to hibernate and eat comfort foods in the winter too. I like to bike, which I can't do in the winter so I will need to find some zumba classes or something. Good luck everyone and let the cold weather commence!0
