Hi everyone. New to the site. Found the app on my phone. LOVE IT. Hoping I can shed the pounds. I like that it's easy to count calories and log my work-outs. I seem not to eat all my junk if I have to post it. Good luck to everyone.

    new here too! I just logged my first day meal and found I wanted to not add stuff cause I knew i was over. but i added, garbage in garbage out, so I figured i better put good stuff in if i want to be true to myself. I can SO see that tomorrow i wont each as much junk cause i have to log! YIKES! Good luck to you as well!
