I'm in the UK at the moment, and all the food labels don't contain Sodium on the Nutritional labelling area.
Is sodium salt (we use 'g' here, instead of 'mg'), or something else?

Salt contains sodium.
There are 1000mg in a g.
Here is a handy converter to find out how much sodium is in the salt content.
