Hello guys actuallly im trying to cut fat and weight. i have a lot of muscle gain.

i was wondering doing a routine like this

M-W-F
Circuit training full body with dumbells, body weights exercies and kettlebells for 45 minutes with taba protocol

and

T-T-S-S-

running 12 km

what do you think?

my diet is in check, with good macros
