Hi everyone. I'm over 50 and just getting into a diet and exercising program. Mostly brisk walking every day and working on controlling my dietary intake. Trying to consume less and burn more. So far I'm really liking the program.

Good luck to you; you can do this (do anything) that you set your mind to. I started exercising and tracking calories at age 49 (now age 50 )and I agree that age is just a number. I'm in better health now than I was 10 years ago.0
