    Wed:- 858 calories burned (30 day shred, walking for an hour, aerobics-dancing)
    Thur:722 calories burned (30 day shred-2x's, carrying 20 lb baby for 20 mins while walking slow pace)
    Fri: 685 calories burned (30 day shred-2x's, walking 30 mins at slow pace)
    Sat:369 calories burned (30 day shred, walking carrying 20 lb pound baby for 15 mins.)
