A good before work arm/shoulder stretch

Hello:
I am currently employed as a store clerk. This means stocking and rearranging shelves as well as checking out customers. I am interested in learning a good before work stretch for my shoulders and neck area. The constant repetition is painful to say the least.
I do a runners stretch before work for my legs (learned from my favorite waitress) to ease the leg and foot pain associated with standing/walking 5-12 hours/day. Something similar for shoulders?

Arm circles, shoulder shrugs and standing in a doorframe, hands braced on each side and step forward until you feel a stretch in shoulders/back0
