Hello

I am the type to read everything on a message board yet never post. From reading a lot of success stories, I am encouraged. So, in order to actually participate and do something different, I am introducing myself.

My wife and I are walking a marathon November 30--Space Coast Marathon. We started training two weeks ago. I know. Not enough time. I am determined to finish in the time limit.

In any case, two weeks ago, we began our training, and I weighed 266 lbs. I began logging my calories here 10 days ago. I am now down 5.4 pounds. Pretty cool.

Thank you for posting all of your successes; I love reading them. I look forward to sharing mine.

My goal, BTW, is to weigh 180 lbs.
