Hey all!

I've recently started drinking lots of water, and eating mostly clean and healthy foods. Two days in and I can already feel improvements.

I'm just curious, have any of you noticed other health changes?

  • It's hard to do, but it does make a difference. I fell off the wagon around Halloween, and I'm trying to get back into it now. The sugar cravings are my downfall. Good luck with your challenge! You're inspiring! By the way, I like your 90 day goal... might steal that one. ;-)

    The biggest thing I notice is sustained energy and alertness thru out my day. It is very rare that I get tired or sluggish after lunch anymore.

    That is a good one. I didn't notice it until recently, when I've been indulging in not-so-healthy foods and exercise was not consistent. I've been getting sleepy in the afternoons. :yawn: I also sleep much better at night when I'm eating well and exercising consistently. I'm back on track now, and guess what, my sleep and energy have improved as well.

    Just in general feeling better. More energy better sleep just feel "right" if that makes sense. not "blah"
