I have been involved in fitness hard for the last 2 years. I am in the process of training a lady now - who has currently lost 32 Lbs and still counting at the later age of her 40's. I eat clean and workout 6 days a week - my goal is to remain healthy and help others become healthy and fit and live a long prosperous life! :)
