hey all how you doing? I want to ask when adding walking to excercises they ask about "how long" what do they mean ?
period in minutes ?
or the distance in miles ?
and about the calorie goal if it says 1,200 should i eat only 1000 to have energy deficit ?

    It's all in minutes, just pick the right pace. The 1200 has your deficit built in, you're not supposed to go below. In fact, you can probably eat a lot more, I average 1600 a day and lose well.
