Help with my after hello wave....

Ok, I need help with that god awful droop that us ladies get in the tricep area. Are there any specific exercises that help eliminate that? I work my arms pretty good with free weights and have some awesome definition...but it seems that the more weight I lose, the more I notice my Dumbo Flaps O.o

You can't spot reduce. Continue at your calorie deficit and it will eventually come off.

Right... I am not looking to spot reduce, I am looking for ways to tone it. The problem is, I am losing the weight, but that area seems to sag... I want to define it. I don't think that doing the Tricep exercises is enough. The rest of my arm is gaining definition, and then I have this....

malibu is right - you can't spot reduce. However, what exercises are you doing, and at what weight?

Lifting small weights x many reps isn't going to do much for you. "Toning" is a misnomer. Lift heavy, in 3 or 4 sets of 8 repetitions or so.

Alternatively, pullups and chinups are amazing for triceps and back.

I do overhead Tricep extensions @ 30 LBS Rope pulls @ 40 Lbs Tricep Kickbacks at 20 LBS, dips ect... I change up my routine quite a bit. I am not a light lifter...as for reps, I change them up every 3 weeks.. right now I am on the 6 6 6 12 cycle. 4 exercises for each muscle group. I was just curious if there was an exercise that I wasn't doing that targets that inside Tricep area so it tones and not sags.
