I'm trying to lose my love handles, build muscle and tone up. I always tend to start with the right mind-set but lose focus, joining this website where I can track my progress and get support / give support will help keep me on track I hope. Totally new to anything like this so still learning what this site is all about. Hopefully there'll be lots of lovely people who can offer support / guidance.
