Meal Prep Ideas?

Hello! I'm working on making a grocery list and needing some ideas for meals to take to work. I work from 6-2:30, so I normally just take a Quest bar for breakfast, but I'd like some other ideas for a mid-morning snack, lunch, and mid-afternoon snack (I go right to the gym from work so I need a little fuel beforehand).
