I try to avoid things without nutrition labels... but for lunch we went to my friends dads pizzeria and had thin crust margarita slices.
they were thin crust
a little mozzarella
mostly sauce
How many calories per slice would you guess?
How do you estimate calories in general?

It won't be super accurate but try using the recipe builder on the site.0

I'd say 250-300 a slice0

Pizza is generally 300 per slice - give or take... I'd just pick the closest one to that in the database...0

I also don't think you need to avoid things that don't have labels.0

I whole heartedly agree. Remember that life still needs to happen. MFP is just a tool to help us be more aware of our intake and output. Don't get too wrapped up in it or dependent upon it. Your actual weight loss and/or gain is NOT determined by 100% accuracy at logging in your food and exercise but by a consistency of making generally good choices.0
