hi ! I am the leader and Montreal representative of Life Vest Inside - a non-profit organization whose whole purpose is to spread kindness.

On Sunday, November 9th there will be 80 cities around the world that will be holding our yearly Freeze Mob/ Flash Mob Dance for Kindness. Just practicing for the dance is a great workout in and of itself - and the idea is to have people stop and think for a couple of minutes about kindness.
